Paisley World: Pearl

Idle daydreaming combined with the love of vibrant colors inspired the “Paisley World” series.

I would like the viewer to imagine that the droplets, colors, flowers and patterns move about, as if welcoming the viewer to indulge in this visual orgy.
Paisleys are a traditional shape that has drawn the minds of artists and art connoisseurs for centuries. This painting puts a colorful twist on paisley theme with a shimmering PEARL theme at its core.

This masterpiece is first sketched on a stretched acrylic canvas, then brushed on with acrylic in iterative layers, and finally enhanced with a permanent marker. The surface finish is brushed and pearlescent shiny.

A gold-painted, slim modern style frame adorns this piece. No wall mounting hardware is supplied.
